Tasha Liew, nine; Tyra Liew, seven; Keira Wong, eight; and Khloe Wong, five, engrossed in their work during a Children's Day drawing competition at the Esplanade yesterday. About 1,500 children aged two to 12 took part in the competition and colouring activities, which was part of Octoburst!, an annual festival of arts and culture for children. The theme of the competition was "Home is...", and 39 winning entries will be exhibited at the Esplanade's Community Wall until Nov 1.
