Dancers from South Korea's Yewon Dance Company dazzled the audience last night with a folk dance as part of Chingay 2016.

The troupe of women, with their folding fans painted with peonies, fanned out onto the streets to create shifting symmetrical formations.

Themed "Lights of Legacy, Brighter Singapore", the Chingay procession held at the F1 Pit Building area featured participants and acts from various ethnic groups and nationalities.

The parade will move to the Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park from 6.30pm to 10pm today as part of the Chingay Night Fiesta. It will then head out to different places in the heartland until March 27.
