Pulau Ubin resident Ahmad Kassim drawing water from a well opposite his home, which he claims is still safe to drink.
Despite warnings from the authorities that water on the island should not be drunk without being boiled first, the 80-year-old was so sure it was safe that he took sips of water straight from the well yesterday.
