Travellers at Changi Airport may encounter some delays as key Asean and global leaders fly into town for the 33rd Asean Summit and related meetings this week.

The VIPs and their delegations are expected to arrive before the summit officially opens tomorrow. Many will fly in on their own official or private planes, with close to 20 such arrivals expected, The Straits Times understands.
