SINGAPORE - The route for bus service 16, which runs from Bedok Interchange to Bukit Merah Interchange, will be amended from April 9, SBS Transit announced on Monday (March 27).

The amended route is due to works on the Thomson-East Coast Line in the Marine Parade area, and is likely to stay in operation for 12 months.

Service 16 will stop at two new pairs of bus stops on opposite sides of Still Road South and East Coast Road, and cease to call at five existing stops along Joo Chiat Road and Marine Parade Road.
