North East Line hit by two faults in a day, with latest one extending travel time by up to 15min

SINGAPORE - SBS Transit's North East Line suffered its second glitch in a day on Thursday when a train fault at Kovan station added up to 15 minutes to travelling time during the evening peak period.

During the morning peak, a signalling fault at HarbourFront station lengthened commutes by 10 minutes.

At 7.15pm, SBS said travel time was extended by 15 minutes. Then at 7.34pm, it said this was shortened to 10 minutes.

SBS said later at 8.04pm that there was no more delay to train travel time.
