SINGAPORE - Residents in Choa Chu Kang will get a new peak-period bus service from Sept 15, to tackle overcrowding and cut waiting times along a busy feeder route.

Operated by SMRT, bus service 302A will complement service 302 during the morning and evening rush hours.

It will start at Yew Tee MRT station and serve commuters at Choa Chu Kang Drive, Choa Chu Kang North 7 and Choa Chu Kang Crescent. It will end at a stop opposite Yew Tee MRT.

The service will operate from 6am until 9am and between 5pm and 8pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays.
