Singapore citizens and permanent residents can apply for tickets to the preview and actual National Day Parade (NDP) via SMS, the official NDP website, AXS and SAM kiosks or the NDP mobile app from May 11 to 20.

Tickets are not allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis, but via an electronic ballot system. Applicants can choose to ballot for two, four or six tickets to the NDP Preview on Aug 3, or the actual NDP on Aug 9. However, those who apply for fewer tickets stand a higher chance of receiving them.

This year, all successful applicants in last year's balloting exercise will not be eligible for this year's ticketing exercise.

Successful applicants will be notified from May 31 to June 4, and are to accept or reject the tickets via a reply SMS. They may collect their tickets from June 7 to 16 at The Float @ Marina Bay. More information can be found at www.ndp.org.sg
