*The Government is "seriously considering" how to combat fake news as current laws are limited in tackling the issue, said Law and Home Affairs Minister K. Shanmugam in Parliament.

* Law and Home Affairs Minister K. Shanmugam told Parliament that offenders who commit sexual crimes on minors could face harsher penalties in future, with a review on these laws underway. 

* ComfortDelGro announced that it will roll out a flat fare option from April 10 for taxi bookings made through its app.
