To facilitate this year's National Education (NE) Shows at the floating platform at Marina Bay, the following roads will be closed to traffic for the next three Saturdays (July 13, 20 and 27).

Republic Boulevard and Raffles Avenue will be closed between 9am and 11.30pm.Connaught Drive will be closed from 3pm to 10.30pm while Bayfront Avenue in the direction of Temasek Avenue will be closed from 7pm to 10.30pm, and Esplanade Drive in the direction of Nicoll Highway will be closed from 7.30pm to 10.30pm.

Police and SAF staff will be deployed to assist and direct motorists. Public bus services affected by the road closures will be diverted accordingly.

As delays are expected, motorists are advised to plan their route early and avoid these areas, or use public transport. The above roads may also be affected on the reserve dates for the NE Shows on July 14, 21 and 28 respectively. Parking restrictions along the peripheral roads will be strictly enforced, and vehicles found parking indiscriminately or causing obstruction will be towed away.
