SINGAPORE - The drivers of a taxi and a sports car were injured after their vehicles crashed near Geylang late on Monday (April 25) night.
Police said that they were informed of the incident at the junction of Guillemard Road and Geylang Lorong 22 at 11.05pm.
The grille of the silver taxi was mangled and torn off, while the black sports car was partly crumpled on the right side.
The 57-year-old taxi driver and the 47-year-old car driver were taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital, police said.
It is understood that their injuries required early medical attention.
Lianhe Wanbao reported that the taxi was making a right turn while the car was going straight when they collided.
