Mr Gabriel Lim, 40, and his wife, Sharon, chatting with President Tony Tan Keng Yam during a reception after Mr Lim was sworn in as Second Permanent Secretary (Ministry of Communications and Information) at the Istana yesterday. Mr Lim, a former principal private secretary to the Prime Minister, is also chief executive of the Media Development Authority. He and Dr Tan are both alumni of St Joseph's Institution.
