SINGAPORE - StarHub was working to restore its fibre broadband and Digital Voice services on Thursday night after customers complained that they had been down since around 5.30pm.
Several voiced their frustrations on the company's Facebook page. According to their feedback, areas such as Pasir Ris, Sengkang, Ang Mo Kio, Yishun and Bishan were affected.
As of 9pm services had still not been restored.
A spokesman for the telco said: "We are aware that some of our fibre broadband and Digital Voice (fibre) customers are facing difficulties in using the services at the moment. We are currently working to rectify this as quickly as we can."
Starhub was unable to give details about the cause and extent of the problem, saying its "top priority is to restore the services for customers".
