The Association for Persons with Special Needs has opened its first social enterprise cafe, Mystical Cafe For All, at its Centre for Adults at the Kembangan-Chai Chee Community Hub. Manned by trainees with special needs, the cafe provides them with work-life experience and public interaction. It has also introduced the "Pay It Forward" initiative, where patrons can buy meal vouchers for the less fortunate to have a meal for free. The cafe opens on Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 4.30pm and seats 56 diners.
