A six-vehicle accident on the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) left rush-hour commuters stuck in traffic on Thursday morning.
Five cars and a taxi were involved in the accident before the Serangoon exit on the PIE towards Changi at about 8.45am. The resulting traffic jam tailed back to Lornie Road.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force dispatched an ambulance to the scene. A woman in her late twenties was taken to Tan Tock Seng Hospital with neck injuries.
Police investigations are ongoing.
