The five Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) satellite buildings - one at each of the five polytechnics here - will be ready for classes this year.

Students pursuing the institute's overseas university degree programmes will attend classes at SIT@Poly buildings. Those taking SIT's own degree programmes will study at its campus in Dover.

Facilities at the five satellite buildings vary according to the programmes. The SIT building at Singapore Polytechnic, for example, will include acting and animation studios that will be used for game development.
