SingTel will retail Apple's latest flagship smartphone, the iPhone 5S, starting from $698 for the 16GB model when bundled with its cheapest two-year contract, the telco announced late on Tuesday.
The 32GB model will cost $818, while the 64GB model will go for $968 under its SuperLite plan, which comes with 100 minutes of talk time, 500 SMSes and 100MB of local data and costs $27.90 a month.
The iPhone 5C, which was touted as a "low-cost" handset for the mass market, will start at $468 for the 16GB model under the same plan. Customers will have to fork out $698 for the 32GB model.
Those who have registered their interest in the phones with the telco can book an appointment on SingTel's website from 4pm on Wednesday to purchase the iPhones on Sept 20. The launch event will be held at an exhibition hall at Marina Bay Sands.
