Nestled in the Utah desert in the United States is a cylindrical dwelling that simulates what it might be like to live on Mars one day. This is the Mars Desert Research Station (MDRS).
Physics teacher Michael Ho Peng Choy, 57, from Bukit View Secondary, is likely the first Singaporean to have participated in this simulation, said MDRS director Shannon Rupert.
