Members of the public can now send reports on electricity and gas supply matters and feedback on service more easily to utility provider Singapore Power (SP), with a newly launched mobile application.
Called the SP PowerGrid app, it is available on both iOS and Android platforms.
Customers can also send feedback on issues related to SP worksites, such as roadworks and noise and safety concerns. They can attach pictures and tag locations in the reports. Mr Peter Leong, managing director of SP PowerGrid, said in a press release that timely feedback is crucial to the company's operations.
Customers who need immediate responses should, however, call the following numbers: 1800-778 8888 for electricity supply disruptions; or 1800-752 1800 for gas supply disruptions and suspected gas leaks.
