Lau Pa Sat served more than just dinner last night, with generous doses of glitz and glamour also thrown into the mix.

The heritage site, completed in 1894, was transformed into a fashion runway featuring the latest collections from local designers Sabrina Goh and Amos Ananda. The collections, which have been showcased in New York and Shanghai, were making their Singapore debut.

The show, organised by beer brand Heineken, was held in celebration of this year's Formula One Singapore Grand Prix, which takes place this weekend.

The show, curated by stylist Jeremy Tan, featured internationally acclaimed models such as Sheila Sim, Angie Watkins and Jason Godfrey.

An exclusive Heineken fashion collection was showcased for the first time in Asia.

The event also featured an appearance by former driver and Heineken Global F1 ambassador David Coulthard, as well as aerial servers, dance acts and local fusion music performances.
