Minister for Culture, Community and Youth Grace Fu giving 15-year-old Lisa Giam of Kranji Secondary School a helping hand on the 18m-high Inverse Tower at Outward Bound Singapore's (OBS) Pulau Ubin campus yesterday.

Announcing OBS' expansion to a new $250 million campus on Coney Island, she said she hopes all young Singaporeans will get a chance to go through such experiences to build up "ruggedness in our minds and bodies".

With the new campus, set to open in 2020, OBS will see its capacity tripled to 45,000 participants a year.
