The Reform's Party's candidate for the Punggol East by-elections, Kenenth Jeyaretnam, said his party was determined in bringing "a real choice" to voters of Punggol East.
He urged voters to decide how they wanted to be represented in their everyday needs. "We believe we can bring a better future for Singapore," he said.
RP's secretary-general, Mr Jeyaretnam, added that the voters must be heard by a voice that was caring and capable and hoped residents in Punggol East would give him that mandate.
"I will not make grand promises only to break them all, I will not go missing in action. if you choose me to represent you. I will serve you all my heart...No more broken promises," he said.
