Road closures for Deepavali Fair on Friday

SINGAPORE - Several roads will be closed for the Deepavali Fair 2016 on Friday (Oct 28).

Burmah Road and Birch Road, between Serangoon Road and Farrer Park Station Road, will be closed to vehicular traffic from 4pm on Friday to 4am on Saturday (Oct 29).

Access to the roads during this time will be given only to police and emergency vehicles.

 

Parking restrictions along peripheral roads will be strictly enforced, the police said in a statement on Wednesday (Oct 26). Vehicles found parking and obstructing the roads will be towed.
