The Ministry of Manpower's (MOM) Work Pass Service Centre will be be moved from its current location at Tanjong Pagar Complex on June 10. The centre will be housed at Hall C of the MOM Services Centre at 1500 Bendemeer Road.

With this final relocation, MOM will complete the consolidation of its major frontline services under the MOM Services Centre, with the exception of the Employment Pass Services Centre which remains at The Riverwalk at 20 Upper Circular Road. MOM's policy and corporate service divisions will remain at Havelock Road.

At its new location, the Work Pass Services Centre will provide appointment-based work pass card registration to shorten waiting time. It will also introduce a one-stop card registration process, with phototaking of pass holders on the spot, as well as online document verification. This means that applicants will no longer have to make an extra trip to collect their work passes.

The new Work Pass Services Centre at Hall C will operate from 8am to 6pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; and from 8am to 7.30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For more information, visit www.mom.gov.sg
