SINGAPORE - A prime mover travelling on the Pan-Island Expressway towards Tuas caught fire after the Pioneer Road North exit on Sunday evening.

The blaze involved the vehicle's engine, said a Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) spokesman, who added that the alert came in at 7.09pm,

The SCDF dispatched one fire engine and one red rhino, and its officers extinguished the fire with two water jets.

No one was injured.
