President Tony Tan Keng Yam will be overseas on a private visit.

Speaker of Parliament Halimah Yacob will exercise the functions of the Office of the President from April 13 to 15, the President's Office said in a press release on Friday.

Mr J Y Pillay, chairman of the Council of Presidential Advisers, will exercise the functions of the Office of the President from April 16 to 18.
