Even as scrutiny over safety issues surrounding the use of personal mobility devices (PMDs) intensifies, PMD users are still being caught flouting rules in various locations.
The Land Transport Authority (LTA) detected 27 offences and impounded 12 devices in total on Thursday and Friday, in its latest series of enforcement efforts against errant users.
