SINGAPORE - At first glance, the photo is a common sight for many Singaporeans - men working under an MRT track. But look closer and you might notice something mind-boggling.
The optical illusion posted by Reddit user zibin has reached its front page, and caused much confusion on the user-generated website.
Two men are seen standing on a construction lift but the weird angle of the photo makes it seem like the track is low or the machine is going to topple over.
Redditor MrDLTE3 explained in a sketch that the main reason why it looks weird is because of the crane's arm moving horizontally.
However, some users claim that the real optical illusion is the red cone floating above the worker standing nearby.
