SINGAPORE - The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) on Monday (March 7) launched a new mobile app to complement the existing e-Appointment service on its website.

eAPPT@ICA will allow users to make, change or cancel their appointments with ICA on their mobile devices, ICA said in a press release.

ICA said the app has been designed for a fuss-free and user-friendly experience - users can set a reminder alert with the calendar function of their mobile devices after making an appointment.

Appointment booking details will also be automatically stored under the "My Appointment" function for subsequent viewing.

Available for free download on both the Apple App and Google Play stores, more information on the app can also be found on the ICA website.

A guide to navigate the app can be found below.
