The Land Transport Authority (LTA) will construct a new dual two-lane flyover to improve traffic flow at the intersection of West Coast Highway and Jalan Buroh (Buroh Circus). It will also widen West Coast Highway and West Coast Road between Pandan Garden and Pandan Crescent.

When completed in the first quarter of 2017, the flyover will provide direct access across the intersection for traffic heading to and from the city along West Coast Highway and West Coast Road, relieving existing congestion and boosting traffic capacity in the area.

The overall road network along the West Coast Road corridor has been improved progressively to meet the expected increase in traffic due to new developments in the West.

LTA has called a tender for the project, and construction will start in the fourth quarter of this year.
