Transport operator SMRT will be rolling out a new short trip bus service on Oct 28 to ease overcrowding on service 811 in the evenings.

The new bus service 811A will begin its route at Yishun Interchange and end at Yishun Avenue 5.

This will help reduce waiting time for commuters who take service 811 between Yishun Avenue 5 and Yishun Central, said SMRT in a statement on Tuesday morning.
