SINGAPORE - Members of the public waiting to pay their last respects to Mr Lee Kuan Yew started queueing at the Padang field just before 5.30am on Thursday, as a new queueing system was implemented on the second day of public mourning.

Mr Lee's body will lie in state at Parliament House till Saturday, March 28.
