Motorcyclist injured in accident on SLE

SINGAPORE - A motorcyclist was injured in an accident on the Seletar Expressway (SLE) before the Mandai Avenue exit on Tuesday (Feb 23).

The accident, which happened at around 5.30pm, involved a car and a motorcycle, police said.

The 24-year-old male motorcyclist was conscious when he was taken to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.

Police investigations are ongoing.

The accident on SLE towards the Bukit Timah Expressway resulted in a traffic jam until the Lentor Avenue exit, the Land Transport Authority tweeted at around 5.30pm.

It also advised drivers to avoid lane 3.
