SINGAPORE - Four groups of mothers breastfed their babies at various locations around Singapore on Saturday to celebrate World Breastfeeding Week.

The 27 women along with their children, husbands and volunteers were at Fika Cafe, Yahava Koffeeworks, Real Food and Da Paolo Gastronomia.

It is the fourth time the annual event - called 'The Big Latch On' - has been held here, as part of a global movement which began in 2005 in New Zealand.

Saturday's event was organised by the Breastfeeding Mothers' Support Group (Singapore).
