SINGAPORE - More young people here are seeking help for mental health challenges, according to Chat, the youth outreach arm of the Institute of Mental Health (IMH).

It noted that around 1,700 young people approached Chat - short for Community Health Assessment Team - for help last year, up from 1,580 in 2017 and just 50 when it started a decade ago.
