SINGAPORE - A 31-year-old man was arrested for murder on Thursday (Feb 15), police said in a news release on Friday.
He was one of three men conveyed to the National University Hospital (NUH) following an accident.
The men had been involved in an accident involving a prime mover along Jurong Town Hall Road towards the Ayer Rajah Expressway. The police responded to the accident at 5.47pm.
A 43-year-old man, one of the three, is believed to have sustained face and chest injuries and was later pronounced dead at NUH at 7.46pm.
Preliminary investigations revealed that a dispute between the deceased and the suspect could have caused the accident.
If found guilty of murder, the suspect faces the death penalty.
