Ribbon-like acrylic tubes lit up the Read Bridge in Clarke Quay last night, for an interactive art installation called RIBbon. The installation is made up of 224 Philips acrylic light tubes and is shaped like a giant ribcage.

The colours and intensities of the lights are changed by the sounds and activities of the people on the bridge.
