SINGAPORE - The Housing Board launched for sale more than 7,500 new flats on Tuesday.
This includes 4,277 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats across six projects in Sembawang, Sengkang, Yishun and Tampines, as well as 3,291 Sale of Balance Flats (SBF).
The new flats in Tampines will be the first housing projects in Tampines North, and will also include multi-generational 3Gen flats, which are going from $407,000 excluding grants.
The rest of the BTO projects offer mostly two-room to five-room units, while the SBF projects also include studio apartments, executive and 3Gen flats.
A new quota priority for married children and their parents, announced last week, will also kick in with this sales exercise. Under an enhanced Married Child Priority Scheme, up to a third of new flats will be set aside for parents and married children who want to live with or near each other.
Applications must be submitted by Dec 1, 2014. For more information, the public can log on to esales.hdb.gov.sg, e-mail hdbsales@mailbox.hdb.gov.sg, or visit the HDB sales office during office hours.
