SINGAPORE - Situated along Punggol Reservoir, Sengkang's latest Build-to-Order (BTO) project comprises five residential blocks ranging from 17 to 18 storeys in height.

Anchorvale Plains, bounded by Sengkang East Way and Anchorvale Lane, will have 921 units. Almost half of the development will be made up of two-room Flexi flats (448), while the rest will be three-room (96), four-room (260) and five-room (117) flats.

It was one of three BTO projects launched by the Housing and Development Board (HDB) on Wednesday (Feb 24), which included Alkaff Oasis in Bidadari and West Plains @ Bukit Batok.

A two-room Flex unit will be priced upwards of $80,000, with three- and four-room units starting at $171,000 and $267,000 respectively.

The cost of a five-room flat will range from $324,000 to $402,000.

Anchorvale Plains will have a childcare centre and elderly facilities, as well as a roof garden at the top of the multi-storey car park.

There are two LRT stations - Tongkang and Farmway - within walking distance, while recreational facilities such as the Anchorvale Community Club, Sengkang Riverside Park and Punggol Reservoir are within easy access.

According to HDB's website, Anchorvale Plains is slated to be completed in the first quarter of 2020.
