Travellers flying Singapore Airlines and SilkAir will enjoy higher baggage allowance across all classes from Nov 15.

Economy customers for example will be entitled to 30kg of baggage, up from 20 kg now.

SIA said on Wednesday that the initiative reaffirms its commitment to customer service.
