SINGAPORE - A woman was seen cleaning outside the balcony of an apartment at a Holland Road condominium.

Facebook user Saum Saravanan said she was working at the opposite building when she saw the woman outside the balcony.

Another woman can be seen standing in the balcony of the apartment.
