Turn your foot to expose the bottom. Excluding the toes, identify the area one-third from the top of the foot.

Press and release this acupoint repeatedly for three minutes. You should experience slight pain or even warmness when you do this. Repeat on the other foot.

NOTE: This helps to relieve symptoms such as hot flushes, insomnia, anxiety and fatigue.

TAICHONGXUE

Identify the point approximately two finger widths upwards from the centre of the first and second toes.

Press and release repeatedly on this acupoint for three minutes. You should experience slight pain.

NOTE: This improves your sleep quality and relieves anxiety.

SANYINJIAO

Sit comfortably. This point is four fingers above the highest point of the inner ankle.

Press and release this acupoint repeatedly, using your thumb or index finger, for three minutes. You should experience slight pain or numbness.

NOTE: This is the intersection point of three "yin" meridians - the liver, spleen and kidney. Applying pressure on this point will help to regulate these three organs to achieve overall wellness.
