Heard of Strala Yoga, which is founded by American celebrity yoga trainer Tara Stiles, but have not had the chance to try it out?

You will be able to do so at the Health & You Exhibition this weekend and, best of all, at no charge.

Strala Yoga is one of two trial fitness classes offered at the exhibition, thanks to GuavaPass, a monthly membership that allows members to find, book and enjoy unlimited classes at various fitness studios in cities across Asia.

The other class is a bootcamp offered by personal training and nutrition consultancy Eat Train Love.

The session combines high- intensity interval training with bodyweight, core conditioning and other exercises.

If gardening is your cup of tea, the exhibition's Green Living zone is where you will want to be.

Join a terrarium workshop by Knovus to learn how to create an open terrarium at a special price of $30 (usual $65) per person.

Or go for Gardenasia's Pot A Plant workshop to get tips on how to grow some hardy indoor plants at $10 (usual $25) per person.

Gardenasia is also offering a Fruit Enzyme workshop at $15 per person (usual $25), where you will learn how to create fruit enzymes and watch how a useful enzyme forms after undergoing the fermentation process with water, brown sugar, oxygen and kitchen waste such as fruit scraps and vegetable peels.

Unlike commercial detergents and washing agents, a fruit enzyme cleaner is 100 per cent natural. You can use it every day without worrying that it will have harmful effects on your hands and skin.

Visitors to the exhibition also stand to win cash vouchers.

Ten lucky shoppers will each win $500 cash in the Shoppers' Draw.

Each visitor can redeem a free health bag worth more than $60 after spending a minimum of $50 in a single receipt, while stocks last.

Goodies in the specially designed Health & You non-woven tote bag include a sample pack of health supplement Black Gold Black Garlic, a 50g pack of Familia cereal and a 125ml pack of Lactasoy soya milk and more.

Now in its 12th year, Health & You is jointly organised by The Straits Times Mind & Body and Lianhe Zaobao Lohas.

It will be held at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Halls 401-403, on Saturday and Sunday, from 9am to 9pm.

Admission is free.
