Housing Board resale flat prices fell 1.5 per cent in the first three months of the year from the prices in the previous quarter.

Based on the HDB's flash estimate on Tuesday, the resale price index fell to 198.6 in the first quarter, marking the third consecutive quarter of decline.

The updated resale price index for the quarter, as well as more details, will be released on April 25.
