It's finger licking good as Brendon Au, seven, puts the finishing touches to his Minion cake. He was one of 33 children who took part yesterday in the junior pastry chef masterclass, conducted by executive pastry chef Benjamin Siwek of db bistro & Oyster Bar. The masterclass is part of Epicurean Market 2015, which began on Friday and ends today. The annual gastronomic festival is organised by Marina Bay Sands.
