Stomp clinched two awards at the Mob-Ex Awards 2014, including the coveted Gold award in the Best in Original Content category.

Singapore's premier citizen journalism portal also won a Bronze award for Best Use of Social Platform at the event, which was held at the Marriot Hotel on Thursday.

SPH Unionworks/Hot FM 91.3 took Bronze in the category of Best App/Content by a Media Owner.

Now in its second year, the Mob-Ex Awards honours organisations that have proven their proficiency in the mobile medium through ground-breaking marketing strategies.

Finalists were judged by a panel of influential professionals including experienced marketers and mobile gurus on such factors as audience-centricity and interface.
