The annual Kite Flying Festival at Marina Barrage yesterday saw kite enthusiasts from around the world showcase their unique giant kites, as well as their kite-flying skills. This is the fifth year the event, organised by national water agency PUB, is being held. It will continue to run from 10am to 6pm today. The festival also features aerial stunt kites, as well as fringe activities such as making kites and garden wind spinners.
