More than 1,000 step trackers were given out free by the Health Promotion Board to attendees at the National Day Rally. In his speech, Mr Lee Hsien Loong said that ideally, people should get at least 150 minutes of physical activity a week. Failing that, walking at least 10,000 steps a day can be an alternative goal.
