Former Tanjong Pagar Railway Station to open for Chinese New Year

SINGAPORE - The historic Tanjong Pagar Railway Station will be open to the public for Chinese New Year on Tuesday (Feb 9) from 9am to 6pm.

Visitors can take photos or sketch their impressions of the station, which was gazetted as a national monument in 2011.

Drawings may be deposited at the former ticketing counter of the station, and could be displayed at future openings.

The station is usually open to the public on public holidays.
