SINGAPORE - Brazilian football legend Pele and other sports stars from basketball, Formula 1 and athletics wished Singapore a happy 50th birthday in a video released by watchmaker Hublot.
The big names also spoke of what they love about the Republic. Former F1 champions Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen praised Singapore's night race, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho said that "you have to be proud" that Singapore's national football team managed to draw with Japan and NBA star Kobe Bryant said that he would love to visit the country again.
Pele ended the video by singing Happy Birthday to Singapore.
Usain Bolt, pop artist Romero Britto, Chinese pianist Lang Lang and Hublot's chief executive and chairman also feature in the clip.
